please, find herewith enclosed the final result of the ballot on the proposal of amendments of the ISAF A-Division Catamaran Rules, better known as "hydrofoils rule".

Votes have been collected by the Returning Officer, Pieterjan Dwarshuis. I’ve matched all data with the members lists sent by all National Associations.

Trentacinque iscritti provenienti da ogni parte d’Italia (Sicilia, Roma, Emilia Romagna, Toscana e Nord Italia), tre svizzeri ed un germanico a dimostrazione che il “canalone” del Lago Maggiore è meta ambita e conosciuta da molti velisti. L’appuntamento di Maccagno è uno di quelli da non mancare per la bellezza del suo campo di regata e perché è una di quelle regate dove vanno tutti: quindi interessante da un punto di vista agonistico.

35. Vele di Pasqua, Cesenatico, 11.–13. April 2009

70 A-Cats aus 7 Nationen fanden sich zum Saisonauftatkt an der 35. Vele di Pasqua in Cesenatico ein. 6 Läufe waren ausgeschrieben und konnten programmgemäss bei typischen Frühlingsbedingungen mit knapp 2Bf gesegelt werden.

Das Wesentliche in Kürze:

Achtung : neue jährliche Planung im Menü Regatta/Zeitplan. Nach Debatte mit Tornado und dem YCB wird die Regatta von Biel dennoch am 12. bis 13. September stattfinden.

Encore une fois attention : nouveau planning annuel dans le menu Régate / Calendrier. Après débat avec les Tornado et l'YCB, la régate de Bienne aura tout de même lieu les 12-13 septembre.

The regattas will be held from Friday, May 15 to Sunday, May 17, 2009 on the bay of Ascona. Entries shall be received by the organizing committee no later than May 5, 2009. Please see the attached form and proceed accordingly.
